Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of receiving the product.
If the item is returned unopened and in its original box, we will exchange it, offer store credit, or issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. The product must be returned within 10 business days after the RMA is issued.
All products must be packed in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration materials that came with the product. A 15% open box fee (in addition to the 25% restocking fee, totaling 40%) will apply to any sealed product that has been opened or removed from its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:

Special orders and custom-configured products.

Products sold “as is” or “used.”

Products that have been installed or used after receipt.
Return Shipping Recommendations:
We recommend using a carrier that provides shipment tracking and insurance for the return. If you do not use a tracked or insured carrier, you will be responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has limited tracking capabilities, and a 30-day waiting period applies before they can initiate a trace. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping and any shipments that are refused.
